Refund Policy

Money Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have elapsed.

Change of Mind:
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, including their original packaging, to qualify for a return.

Non-returnable Items:
We do not accept returns of perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Wrong Address Policy:
If you enter the wrong shipping address, we offer the following options:

  • Reshipping: We will invoice you for the full cost of reshipping once the order is returned to us.
  • Refund: If you prefer not to reship, we can refund your order minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This ensures prompt service and delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may receive a partial refund.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@accusso.com.

Returning Products:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@accusso.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please provide tracking details for the return shipment to help us efficiently process your refund.
